I know this because I’ve helped to scale 26+ multi-million dollar brands in the last year.


Most of them had to deal with rising COGS, Shipping costs and iOS14 in 2021.


It was a whammy of a year. The perfect storm.


iOS14 alone forced many stores to adapt from a 5X ROAS to a 3X ROAS, not to mention a lack of visibility of what’s working and what’s not.


Beyond that though, they also had to pivot their NEW customer acquisition strategy to reduce their cost per sale.


People flocked to Google and Amazon, which drove prices up there.


So we started looking at other platforms to drive cheaper acquisition.


We tried Snapchat, Pinterest and Tikok.


We tested out Snapchat and Pinterest on our own brand but weren’t impressed with the results… Lots of traffic, very few purchases.


TikTok, however, showed promise.


When we first started running ads on TikTok, it was like the golden ages of FB…


If you were advertising in 2016/2017, you know what I mean.


Cheap traffic and high conversions.


But we quickly noticed that, while similar to other platforms, TikTok is a beast of it’s own… but most people don’t understand how and why people consume content on TikTok.


It’s feast or famine based on your creative and, like I said above, you need to understand what creative works on the platform.


This is why we’re offering to waive creative costs for the first 3 months for anyone who hires us to run their TikTok ads.

Testing

As we're planning and shooting the content, we're going to start the testing process. We want to determine the winning audiences, hooks and angles so that we can be as profitable as possible with the new ads.

Scale

Once the content is ready to use, we're going to take it an incorporate it into the winning audiences and strategies we have from Step 2. Then it's time to scale... To the moon.

Do you work with new brands?

New brands don't qualify for this offer, but we do have offers for newer brands as well. We do need proof of concept though (ie. you need to have previously sold your product)

How much does this cost?

Straight up, we want to chat with you prior to diving into the specific costs. Before we get into that, we need to see if it's even a good fit to work together!

How much work do I have to put in?

Straight up, we're looking for partnerships. If you're looking for someone to run your marketing who you'll never have to talk to again, we're not the right fit. We're looking for partners who are available for calls and are willing to help us optimize other parts of the business, while we focus on marketing.

How are you different from other agencies?

We're looking for partnerships. We look to partner with growing ecom stores to take them to the next level. We're not just going run your ads, we're going to help you with your goals, inventory tracking, analytics, content strategy, etc.

How Do I qualify for the offer?
